- Lead engaging lessons: Create and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Foster creativity and curiosity: Encourage children to explore and discover through play, art, science, and inquiry-based learning.
- Build relationships: Establish strong connections with children, parents, and fellow staff members to create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment.
- Ensure safety: Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning experience and provide individualized attention to each child.

Lead Teachers
- Child Development Associate (CDA), Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred or comparable field experience
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Works productively without supervision
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. in connection with the handling of children
